Richard Rivera holds an active Class A CDL with endorsements. He didn't just study the trucking industry — he drove in it, dispatched in it, and brokered freight in it. That's not a resume line. That's the entire reason Travectio exists.

Starting in 2012, Richard drove commercially while simultaneously managing dispatch for other carriers. He saw the profitability problem from both seats at the same time — the driver not knowing if a load was worth taking, and the dispatcher not having the right numbers to tell him.

In 2017 he moved full-time into freight brokerage — booking thousands of loads, managing owner-operators and small fleets, watching the same blind spot repeat itself across every operation. Carriers were guessing. Every single one of them.

Travectio came from that frustration. Built by someone who drove the truck, dispatched the load, and brokered the freight — not a development team that read about it.
